Our company is a Corian® certified transformer by DuPont de Nemours under number 117 and we are part of the Quality Network.

In 2003, after moving from our original premises, we developed our industrial department to produce larger series of parts and assemblies in synthetic materials such as Corian®.

Our production facility covers 4,000 m² and houses workstations, CNC machines, and presses. Assembly areas allow us to assemble the components before they undergo quality control checks prior to shipment.

Means of production

3 circular saws

Their function is to cut and calibrate the “Solid surface” panels

3 machining centers

They allow for the cutting of Corian® panels or other synthetic resins. They are also used to create thermoforming molds.

1 six-axis robot

This robot is programmed to perform sanding operations in series.

1 v-grooving

This machine allows a panel of Corian® or other synthetic resins to be bent, by a process of material removal at the axis of the fold.

3 ovens

These ovens are composed of heating plates which allow the Corian® panels or other synthetic resins to be heated to the temperature required for thermoforming operations.

3 membrane presses

These presses allow thermoforming operations to be carried out by a vacuum crushing process.

3 hydraulic presses from 30 to 160 T

These presses allow thermoforming operations to be carried out by a stamping process.

A CREATO press

This press was designed specifically to produce washbasin countertops in series.

A ThermoLine folding machine

This machine constitutes a production line designed to produce worktops in large series.
