Our company is a Corian© certified transformer by DuPont de Nemours under no. 117 and we are part of the Quality Network.

In 1991, we dedicated our first workshop to the transformation of Corian for the layout market. Since then, we have always aimed at capitalising on our skills and at making new
techniques emerge around the transformation of synthetic materials such as Corian©.
In 2020, our company obtained the “Living Heritage Company” label.

Means of production

3 circular saws

Their role is to cut and calibrate the “Solid surface” panels.»

3 machining centres

They enable one to cut Corian© panels, or panels made out of any other synthetic resin. They also have a role in producing thermoforming moulds.

A v-grooving machine

This machine enables one to bend a Corian© panel, or a panel made out of any other synthetic resin, through a stock removal process at the axis of the bend.

3 ovens

These ovens are comprised of hot plates that enable one to raise the temperature of Corian© panels, or of panels made out of any other synthetic resin, to be able to run thermoforming operations.

3 membrane presses

These presses enable one to run thermoforming operations through a vacuum crushing process.

3 hydraulic presses from 30 to 160 tons

These presses enable one to run thermoforming operations through a press-forming process.
